ASPS provides exhibitors with complete planning information needed to successfully prepare for their exhibit experience at Plastic Surgery The Meeting. This website will serve as a reliable resource during pre-planning and while on-site. Participating exhibitors will also receive periodic Exhibitor eNewsletters with important updates, deadline reminders, and discounts for booth services/equipment. Please make sure to include a current exhibitor contact email address in the application.

Exhibitors are welcome to enter the exhibit hall one hour prior to opening each day. With a valid exhibitor badge, you may access the hall starting at 8:30am CST daily. Please ensure your badge is visible at all times for a smooth entry.

Wednesday, February 18, 2026	Exhibit registrations are now available. Exhibit application and 50% deposit due at registration. 100% payment required to be included in online space assignment. Cancellations/reductions through June 13 subject to $550 processing fee.
Monday, May 4 – Friday, May 8, 2026	Online Space Assignment finalized (100% payment required to be included).
Mid June	Exhibitor badge registration website opens.
Friday, June 12, 2026	100% refund for exhibit space cancellation or downsizing ends. Early Bird pricing ends.
Saturday, June 13, 2026	Standard pricing begins. Cancellations received through July 1 receive a 50% refund (plus $550 processing fee).
Wednesday, July 1, 2026	Exhibitor service manual available online (Freeman). 100% payment due with exhibit space application begins.
Thursday, July 2, 2026	No refunds issued for cancellations or downsizing requests submitted after this date.
Friday, July 31, 2026	Industry Meetings/Function Space Request Form due. Intent to Host an Event in your Booth Form due. Floor plan drawings due for review/approval (20'x20' booths or larger).
Friday, August 14, 2026	Intent to Hold a Raffle/Drawing Form due. Intent to Distribute Booth Giveaways/Novelty Items Form due. Application for Live Demos/Treatments due (if applicable)
Friday, August 28, 2026	Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) forms due to Freeman. Certificate of Insurance (COI) due to ASPS Exhibits.
Wednesday, October 14, 2026	Exhibitor installation begins (8:00am – 5:00pm CST). Direct shipments accepted beginning at 8:00am CST.
Thursday, October 15, 2026	All exhibits must be intact and flooring placed by 2:00pm CST (unless permission granted in advance). Direct shipments accepted through 5:00pm CST.
Friday, October 16, 2026	Exhibit Hall officially opens at 9:30am CST. Exhibitors may enter daily at 8:30am CST.
Sunday, October 18, 2026	Exhibit Hall officially closes at 1:30pm CST. Dismantle of exhibit hall: 1:30pm – 8:00pm CST.
Monday, October 19, 2026	Dismantle: 8:00am – 12:30pm CST. All exhibit material must be removed by 12:00pm CST. Post-meeting attendee mailing list order form (suggested deadline).
